We accept the following forms of payment at Living Good Coffee, Inc: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Check and Money Order. Please send your checks and money orders payable to Living Good Coffee, Inc. 5515 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60641. We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders.
Offline Ordering
We accept email orders at LivingGoodCoffee@gmail.com. You can also place your order online and then mail in a check or money order to Living Good Coffee, Inc.5515 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60641. You can also call us and place your order at (312)998-9800
Warranty / Guarantee Statement
Living Good Coffee, Inc. warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal delivery, free from defects in material and workmanship. If this product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact Living Good Coffee, Inc.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Procedure
Please call us at (312) 998-9800 to obtain a Return Authorization. Package the product in original packaging and put the RMA # (return authorization #) on the box.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders are shipped exclusively via UPS for the 48 contiguous states except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Canada and internationally. You need to call us for special orders. Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order. They may change during promotion time.
Product Availability
Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, you will be notified immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our time to pack and ship your order as well as the shipping transit time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:
(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option. Please call or e-mail for the status and charges for your specific location.
Shipping schedule.
We ship every Monday-Friday with the exception of the following holidays: • New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Day (Observed), and New Year’s Eve.
All orders placed after 1:00 pm (EST) typically ship on the next business day.
Tracking Your Package
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from Your Account.
